Employee Spotlight
Mattock Smith began as a software developer and has held various leadership roles throughout his career. He has been involved with Enterprise Architecture for more than 15 years, and recently joined Shamrock to help form our Enterprise Architecture team, which has fostered a more proactive approach to technology companywide. Mattock's main focus is meeting with project teams, architects and technology leaders to define and envision what the future technology at Shamrock will look like.
The oldest of six kids, Mattock is a natural leader who continuously learns new things and strives to be better every day. He takes pride in a job well done, and he finds inspiration in being able to positively impact those around him.
Outside of work, you can find Mattock visiting the many beautiful parks KC has to offer, woodworking, golfing or spending time and playing games with his family. He also enjoys photography, watching movies and creating a Zen workspace for himself and his colleagues.
