Christina Hall claims Josh Hall took items from their house during an unscheduled visit, and plugged in security cameras she had unplugged, in new legal filing obtained by PEOPLE.
The Christina on the Coast star, 41, filed an ex parte motion making the allegations, after Josh, 43, filed for a dissolution of marriage due to "irreconcilable differences" on July 15.
Christina alleges that Josh left their shared home in Newport Beach, Calif. on July 8 — one day after she told him she planned to file for divorce— and agreed that Christina would live in the house with her children amid the proceedings.
The HGTV star shares two children — Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8 — with her first husband and Flip or Flop costar, Tarek El Moussa, and a 4-year-old son, Hudson, with her second husband, Celebrity IOU: Joyride host Ant Anstead.
“Since then, Josh has come to the property on several occasions,” Christina’s filing claims. “The first time he returned to the residence, it was scheduled for him to pick up items. The second time he returned to the residence was unscheduled and he also took items.”

In the documents, Christina also alleges that Josh plugged in security cameras she had unplugged in order to put into action a request from his lawyer.
“Josh's attorney sent a letter demanding that I preserve electronic evidence without it being automatically deleted, so I unplugged cameras so the system would not automatically overwrite the hard drive,” she claims in the filing.
“Each time Josh has returned to the house, he has plugged the cameras back in, which would allow him to keep me and my children under surveillance,” Christina’s filing alleges. “I object to him having that access into my home.”
A source close to Josh tells PEOPLE,"Josh wouldn't even know how to turn the cameras off," adding that he "has nothing to hide."
Josh's divorce filing, which came after nearly three years of marriage, requested spousal support from the HGTV designer. Christina responded with a filing of her own on July 24, which asked that neither partner be allowed to request support, and listed the various properties at stake in the divorce — including their $12 million Newport Beach, Calif. mansion.
Christina also alleged in the filing that Josh mishandled money from two rental properties she owns in Tennessee and instructed a manager to transfer $35,000 in rent payments to his personal bank account the day after she told him she wanted a divorce.
On July 8, "Josh contacted my professional property manager via text and stated 'Hi. For June payments, can we please get it sent to a different account when it’s time? Thank you," she claims in the documents, which also include a screenshot of the alleged text conversation.
A source close to Josh claims to PEOPLE that, "Josh requested the property manager's payment because he handled all of the bills for their rental properties."
However Christina's publicist Cassie Zebisch-Schienle refutes this, telling PEOPLE the mortgages and other expenses for the properties "have always been handled by [Christina] through accounts via autopay."
